STEMBridge Guest Speaker Session

Eli Williams serves as the Recruitment & Youth Engagement Program Manager in the UW College of Engineering. He leads youth outreach, undergraduate recruitment events, engineering summer camps, and the Engineering Ambassadors program—work that inspires students across Washington to explore engineering and discover pathways to becoming Huskies. Although deeply passionate about UW Engineering, Eli’s professional background is rooted in education, with a focus on college student leadership. Prior to joining the UW College of Engineering two years ago, Eli worked at institutions including the University of Nevada - Las Vegas and Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo.
